Support, requests, and voluntary notifications
The primary support channels are protected portal topics and the public support email published in the operator profile. A request is linked to an account and operation only to the extent needed for a response and security.

Support topics
A representative creates a topic, describes the issue, and attaches a file when needed. The administrator replies in the same topic and marks it resolved after the result is checked.
Voluntary Telegram linking
After voluntary account linking, Telegram can send brief notifications about support, documents, orders, and expiry dates. It is an external channel whose use may involve cross-border processing; you can revoke the link in your profile at any time.
Do not send sensitive data
Do not send passwords, connection credentials, payment secrets, or documents containing unnecessary personal data through Telegram. Use the portal or public support email for such matters; Telegram is not required for service.
Duration and withdrawal
Message intake and notification do not establish a guaranteed response time. Telegram linking and notification consent last until withdrawal; contract and lawful data-retention duties remain independent of that link.
How to submit a request
For access, correction, deletion, or consent withdrawal, use the public support email in the operator profile or a protected portal request. No marketing mailings or advertising notifications are sent.
