Which credential formats are supported?
Use HOST:PORT, HOST:PORT:USERNAME:PASSWORD, USERNAME:PASSWORD@HOST:PORT, or a URL beginning with http:// or socks5://. Submit one proxy without extra notes.
Can I append an IP-change URL to the password?
No. An IP-change URL is a separate credential. Appending it with | changes the password sent to the proxy, so authentication will be rejected.
Why can IP-allowlisted access fail here?
The check runs from the MobiProxyDesk server, not your computer. A proxy restricted to your external IP can work for you while failing this server-side check.
Are the submitted credentials stored?
No. They are used for one test request, are not added to an account, and are removed from the form field immediately.
Does the checker measure proxy speed?
No. It measures latency from our server to the proxy and control page. A user's result may differ, and bandwidth is not measured here.
What does the proxy-header signal mean?
It only reports characteristic headers in the request that reached the control page through the proxy. The signal does not guarantee anonymity or prove an original-IP leak by itself.
