Frequently asked questions about mobile proxies
Short answers about the portal, balance top-ups, purchases, and confirmed proxy delivery rules.
Who can register?+
Russian companies, sole proprietors, and individuals may register. Settlements, invoices, acts, and EDI will become available only after a separate launch. Individuals register without a tax ID.
Which protocols are available?+
The portal provides HTTP and SOCKS5 with separate ports and ready-to-use export formats.
Can I choose an operator?+
Yes, from equipment that is currently available. MegaFon, MTS, Beeline, and t2 are supported, but a specific option cannot be guaranteed in advance.
How does IP rotation work?+
Run it from the portal or use your private signed link. The service checks the result after the command.
What happens when a rental ends?+
The proxy moves to Completed, controls and exports stop, and equipment is released only after a safe verification.
Which payment methods are available?+
The client portal supports RUB balance top-ups through an SBP one-time QR code. The current minimum and availability are shown before the QR is created; purchases can also be paid from funds already available in the balance.
How are purchases charged?+
The amount is reserved from the RUB balance first and captured only after confirmed proxy delivery. If delivery fails, the reservation is released.
