Customer consent to personal-data processing
Consent is separate from acceptance of service terms and is given freely, specifically, knowingly, and separately. It is used only for purposes that cannot rely on contract performance, law, or another independent ground; there are no marketing purposes.

Who gives consent
The user gives consent personally: an authorized company representative, sole proprietor, or individual. An administrator cannot select it for the customer.
Data categories
The user's name and contacts, company details when applicable, sign-in and session data, messages, files, payment evidence, and operation history are limited to what the stated purposes require.
Purposes, operations, and grounds
Where consent applies, registration and request information may be processed for support, security, order performance, voluntary Telegram notifications, and handling requests. Contract, law, rights protection, and security are grounds without consent; consent is used only for the separately stated operation.
Duration and withdrawal
Consent remains valid until the purpose is achieved or it is withdrawn, unless a longer period is required by law. You may send a withdrawal to the public support email in the operator profile or through the portal; data needed for a contract, law, or dispute may remain until the relevant period ends.
Localization and Telegram
The primary database, logs, and backups are located in the Russian Federation. Telegram is a voluntary external notification channel and its use may involve cross-border processing. Telegram consent is not required to register or receive service in the portal.
