The user gives consent personally: an authorized company representative, sole proprietor, or individual. An administrator cannot select it for the customer.

The user's name and contacts, company details when applicable, sign-in and session data, messages, files, payment evidence, and operation history are limited to what the stated purposes require.

Duration and withdrawal
The accepted version states the consent term and withdrawal procedure. Withdrawal is submitted from a verified account; data with another legal basis may remain until the related duty or dispute ends.
